Once we've had to settle for a bit lower volume for the vocals because of feedback, but it doesn't happen very often. We recommend using less compression on Live and getting more power from ProFire's preamps instead. Of course this depends quite a lot on the microphone as well (we use a Shure Beta SM-58A). I got to this site on a random google search. I use a similar setup, with Live + Profire 610. Have you ever got feedback issues with the vocals and the rest of the track when using separate outputs?
